这题给我的最大收获就是题干中rate的比较，选项中只有关于number的肯定是无关。

This question is pure math question and should in quantitative section
Anyway, here is my thought:
Majority of foreign films is in the categories which have high prestige but low rate of acceptance (but same low rate for both domestic and foreign films). For example:







Category #        Foreign film                   domestic film                 acceptance rate



1                      10/100                          1/10                              1/10



2                      2/4                                30/60                            ½







So total acceptance rate for foreign film is 12/104 (close to 1/10), but total acceptance rate for domestic film are 31/70 (close to 1/2) so it is cool with both facts.

So it is E

天啊~这题这么复杂！！！有病啊！

20楼的比例可以达到，但是换一下比例，就达不到了，这题无解的。比如d1 1/9   d2 10/100   f1 3/27   f2 1/10 td 11/109 小于tf 4/37 e 选项错误，b选项也是错误，可以用类似方法得到，其他选项无关。
