I would suggest you to re-take T and aim at Round 2.

Siebel, on the safe part, I suggest you to retake TOFEl. Although I think this policy might be flexible, to some very outstanding applicants.

You cannot know anything about your interview report because that's confidential to all except admission officers and the interviewer. Don't worry, GSB will not contact any applicants for interview results.

About your last question about interview report--- interviewers need to fill in an interview report form in electronic format. They are required to submit it in one week after the interview. Of course, some people do it on their computers in the process of interview and might submit it much much earlier.

我也申请了CHICAGO。 而且我可能近期就会做一个校友的interview.不知道有那些需要注意的问题，可否指点一下。我还没有准备好申请材料就做interview, 不知道有没有什么关系？

偶也在等，偶准备一旦interview中除了大纰漏，自偶感觉极差，偶就可以省省芝加哥的申请费，还可以省省时间忙偶该忙的去。也不耽误芝加哥招生办的老师的宝贵时间和精力。

the first essay: If you could be present at any event in time, what would it be and why

My orginal understanding is : I could be present in one event, take some actions within it and make my influence. But one of my friends say I am out of scope. The essay just ask you to be present. It doesn't matter what you do there.

Which understanding is better? And what the real target of this essay?

"You could be present at any event in time" is something only regarding with the presence. However, the reasons for "Why" are broad. IMHO, "take some actions" makes sense. Another reasonable explanation may be "just have a look".

Another question, what is Adcom looking for in essay 3?

When looking from an overall essay package,
essay 1 is about your work experience, goal, why MBA, why now.
essay 2 may focus on why Chicago and why you fit in it,
essay 4 is about how you contribute to community.

So, what content is needed in essay 3 to make the whole package to present a comprehensive person?

First you should convince yourself that this is a great school (depending on your knowledge on the strengh of the school and how you fit here). Then, prepare a framework about yourself (some stories showing your teamwork, leadership, etc. ). Alumni interview should be more flexible and comfortable. There might be some challenging questions (not those normal ones such as why MBA, why Chicago). But if you prepared a framework about your experiences, you will be OK to apply it to all questions. The only problem you might have if you do interview before you finish your essays is that you need to make yourself very clear about your career goal and consider a framework to make youself different from other people.
