Scores are important, but what Kellogg looks at is the comprehensive quality of a candidate, not just 2 scores! NO one has the perfect combination. So just do your best and give your best try! And in fact you got 740, which is a good score. What you need to do now is to make sure that you got your essays as best as you could. Essays are always important in your application. They tells the admission office who you truly are.

Kellogg and in fact many US schools require TOEFL rathre than IELTS. So if you are applying for US schools, you d' better take TOEFL. IELTS is recognized in commonwealth countries. Yes all applicaiton materials must reach admission office by Jan 6th as stated. Don't doubt the dates stated on the website, just follow and meet the deadlines. Take into consideration the time of the post for hardcopy documents. Also, try to apply in the 2nd round. Chances are usually lower in the 3rd round because admission is given to candidates in an ongoing basis.

Kellogg is my dream school. What a pity I am working in Mexico, I can not attend the comming Beijing and Shanghai events. I am looking forward to meeting you in Kellogg next year.

But the bad thing is that I have difficulty in understanding the Mexican English! As you know, there is almost no difference betwen v and b, p and b, t and d in spanish. And I have to take my alumni interview here in Mexico. I am really worried about it.

Spanish English is aweful. They are the people I want the least to talk to.

Indian English is no better than Spanish English......

But maybe u could add some Spanish flavor to your English with your interview.

再问：KELLOGG的申请小册子上说GMAT/TOEFL成绩"should be sumbitter to KELLOGG by the apppropriate sources"。

不知道可不可以先邮寄一份COPY，等录取后再让ETS发OFFICIAL给学校？

另外，学校的申请网页上有GMAT/TOEFL的项目，不知道这样是不是也可以先代替正式的成绩？
