2.信用卡有簽名跟頭像，但還是不防賊，why?
(1)食堂員工根本沒有費心去每個人核對身分
(2)賊偷卡之後可以用不用辨認卡片持有人身分的方式換到錢

3.環境學家說劣質標牌會減少觀光，但政府禁止劣質標牌後有兩個州觀光下跌，why?
(1)劣質標牌跟觀光之間沒有關聯
(2)標牌被禁之後反而造成其他的因素會影響觀光
