Job Description:

A part-time TA position for the MarketingManagement course (MBA level) to track student class participation.

Notes:

1. Yourmajor task is to track student participation (i.e., mainly keeping a track ofwhich student said what).

2. Completingother tasks (e.g., assignment grading, assistance in research projects) may berequested only if the TA has extra time (and ability).

3. The TAwill have an exclusive opportunity to listen to intellectually stimulatingclass discussions and lectures.

4. OutstandingTA may be offered with further part-time TA-ship or full-time RA-ship to assistthe faculty members.

Qualifications:

1. Thetime availability:

Should be available from 8:50am – 3:30pm (excludingthe lunch time between 12:30 pm and 2:00pm) on the following 13 class dates:

August 22, 27, 28, 30

September 3, 5, 10, 11, 13, 17, 18, 20, 21

2. Englishproficiency

Should be proficient in English so that s/he canfollow the class discussion and keep track of student comments.

3. Punctualityand diligence

Lateness to class cannot be tolerated.

The candidate is expected to send in the classparticipation record in a timely fashion and encouraged to communicate with theprofessor on regular basis about the general status of the sessions and reportany irregularities s/he notices during sessions.
