这C不是正好反了吗，我觉得是最后问题问，由于下面哪个原因，这个选举结果不应被拿去衡量poll的结果，就是其实voters不是完全按照那个poll的顺序去vote的

这题C选项可以拿有关无关去掉。题目是问Pollution，Crime，Unemployment都好重要，为啥最后被选上的竟然opppose Pollution，解释这个问题。C压根没回答问题。但是D解释了因为选上的三大重要问题中Crime,Unemployment都做的好可以忽略P上的不同。

根据上一次预先选举的投票，大多数的投票者认为政府要去解决三个问题，按重要性排序为：污染，犯罪，失业。然而在选举的时候，强烈反对污染的候选者失败（支持减少污染的），被选举的人都是来自于有反对减少污染的历史的一方。这个结果不是代表这个选举是不正确的
他因：选上那批人很在乎crime 和 unemployment；虽然pollution是3个里面最被选民重视的，但可能另外两个的重视总和超过了pollution

c 选项根本就没有解释，这个相矛盾的想象

这题的逻辑是：民调最关注的是污染问题，可为啥最关心污染问题的候选人落败？只有D回答了这个问题，简言之选举是综合选择，不是单单看污染问题一方面。

我也选了E 但是仔细想一下 如果many people refused to participate in the poll那poll就是inaccurate的了吧...
