想问您了解德国的FSFM吗？他们的fin应该属于哪个tier？好像是新项目，但看acct系就业好像还不错，不知道fin去向如何。

Thanks for sharing. It's been 9 years since I first started my program! Just found this valuable thread for my friend who is planning on applying for the finance phd programs. The list you put together is super helpful. Any thoughts on the University of Nevada reno? it's not on the list.

The forum is notably not as vibrant at this time of the admissions cycle as it was at the same time last year and earlier. Whereas allegedly there are reasons for this on the side of schools (e.g., scaling back on enrollment), we encourage more applicants to share their profiles and interview stories and report offers, particularly for the benefit of future applicants.

The Rutgers program does not yet measure up to a Tier 4 standing. It belongs to the upper bracket of Tier 5, though, along with such schools as Drexel, UTSA, and probably UNL. However, the Placement Rankings were compiled six years ago and therefore would need to be updated, especially with respect to schools in Tier 4 and Tier 5, including the program asked about here.

For now, Univ of Central Florida is downgraded from Tier 4 to Tier 5. More updates are to follow.

I am interested in applying for 25 Fall Ph.D program, and I noticed the Entrepreneurship might be a possible direction for me. Not sure about if this direction would be a promising choice and how will the replacement be regarding those Tier 1-3 schools? If you have some insights on Entrepreneurship Ph.D program, I would love to hear from you! Thx!

I do not know much about Entrepreneurship, but I am aware that it is largely a niche domain and is generally not offered at mainstream top schools (comprising Tier 1, Tier 2, and part of Tier 3 schools in the Placement Rankings) as a distinct concentration. I would suggest that you start by identifying those schools that offer this concentration and doing a meticulous, exhaustive research on each of them. I could do this on your behalf, but it would be best done by yourself.
