V2:1.Two management approach in the company
第一段:Technocenter-approach, the traditional model is top-down. Such approach was raised with the intent to reduce the labor cost and increase the productive efficiency. However this is not the case, such approachis not that efficient. It fails to increase the productivity, arouse the problem of employee’s moral and hierarchy, and lacks the participation. Ex: banking industry. At present, the organization need to decentralize the power to emphasize worker's participation, thus making the organization more efficient.
第二段: Recommended by the author, organization-approach,which is preferable, decentralized the power in the organization. The advantage is that such approach will encourage employees’ participation. Though organization-approach is based on the assumption that the employees and the manager share the same goal, the worker's participation do improve the productive efficiency.

1. 以技术人员为核心的系统不好
以前的方式大致是一种以技术人员为核心的系统构建方式(应该指的是企业的ERP系统),它的目标是减少成本和提高产量,而且它构建了一个hierachy体系,但是这种战略很多时候并没有起到这些作用,而且阻碍了企业的发展。比如说,在BANKING行业里,这种战略影响了moral和员工的效率。
2. 介绍一种新的organization-centered的战略
介绍一种新的organization-centered的战略,就是倡导在implement new system时加强员工的参与,尤其是使用系统的员工的参与,以增强沟通。而且新的战略强调decentralization。但是这个模式也有局限,比如assumption是建立在employee participation,并和manager share the same goal。虽然有这个缺陷,但是这种新战略还是对企业更有好处。
