请教逻辑大全sction c-1\2题干的意思，看了很久没看懂

We have heard a good deal in recent years about the declining importance of the two major political parties. It is the mass media, we are told, that decide the outcome of elections, not the power of the parties. It seems clear that reports of the imminent demise of the two-party system are premature at best.

在pay后面的be有些奇怪啊，that之后是从句吧，求救！！！

A是省略了should的，好像在GMAT里，虚拟语气的should都要省略的。讨论贴里应该有关于这个的讨论，你可以去看看。不过我还是建议你先自己看1，2遍og的解释，再去看讨论贴，这样可能效果好些。

pay是名词，that pay for jobs historically held by women as for jobs requiring comparable skill that are usually held by men should be the same,这里有倒装，并且省略should.
