正确答案是C我选的是E  因为当时想的是这个community如果在其他店bankrupcy的情况下自己也亏钱的话那开这个是毫无意义的 但是发现完全不是怎么一回事 回头看看连evaluate的重点是什么都不知道 求解答啊！

不是大神。。现在才偶然看到不知道对你还有没有用。还是发一下看能不能帮助到其他朋友。
首先你可以看一下og解释，我觉得挺清楚的了。
题目主要是说，为了保护购物地区健康发展，M区不要开那个折扣商店，因为可能会带来超过1/4的小商店倒闭（作者举了records当证据大折扣商店可能会带来1/4倒闭）。
逻辑链是 开折扣商店----1/4商店倒闭-----影响购物地区健康发展。
那么e选项，就算折扣商店亏钱了，如果它还是可能让很多小商店倒闭，逻辑链还是没被打破
反观c，如果对于健康发展的购物地区，1/4小商店倒闭是正常的，那么第二个-----的链就被打破了，所以这个是个关键点。
怕大家不太明白我说的购物地区和折扣商店指的是题目中的什么，就贴一下原文词语。

楼上说的有道理！我也选了E，感觉是，不管折扣店盈利还是不盈利，都不代表它会影响其他商店的状况，从而影响购物地区的健康程度。
