D是对的啊.E说比FLAT TAX比任何PROGESSIVE TAX SYSTEM都公平,原文能得出这样的结论吗?原文只是提出了现在的PROGRESSIVE TAX SYSTEM有不当之处而已.

我也知道E选项有过于绝对的问题，可是D选项也没有说什么实质的东西，从原文中如何能得到“目前的税制的累进特性只是比现实更虚幻”这个选项怎么看看不象是GMAT的答案。

illusory意思是不实际的,D的意思就是说现在的TAX CODE有名无实的意思啊.跟原文的意思很一致啊.

多谢指点，可是到考试时，遇到类似的答案还是不敢选，总觉得这种答案太空洞了，不像是正式的答案。没有办法，慢慢体会吧。
