Hi,
Since I am not in the accounting or finance-related role for my full-time work, but I only have 10 months left to be qualified for ACCA, I want to ask whether the following way will work to claim practical experience.
1) I will start a company by registering with a business registration number. I will use the company to buy a flat (house) in Hong Kong. I will work as an accounting clerk and of course I am an owner of the company. After that, I will keep all records of buying or renting the flat with the company. After that, I will ask an auditor to perform an audit on my own company to certify my practical experience with my company.
In this way, if I assume that the audit firm is willing to accept my order to perform an audit and sign the practical experience, can I claim practical experience towards ACCA membership?
