Depending on your background and the market. From THU, PKU, accounting, finance background, with market boom like 1H2010 or 2007, the change is quite big.
Can you specify the change? I know Big 4 is focus on deal advisory like target research, pre-Due diligence and some modeling. Their intention is to make the deal done.
What about the IBD in some big investment bank? What do they and how about the methodology?
Background means working experience? i thought the education background is a part but not the key issue right?
Education background is still the most important factor. Quite a few Big4ers from PKU and THU jumped to IBs this year, no matter corporate finance or audit, it doesn't matter.
