我理一下逻辑关系是：第一句话说V的生产成本比B低。第二句话应该想说B的市场已经饱和，因为降低关税销量还是不变。第三句话说B的生产厂商减少了。第四句话是结论：B会从V进口更多的电视。

这道题关键在第三句话上面，就是厂商少了电视少了，所以才会更多的进口满足需求。所以假设就是B的生产效率没有提高。其它的选项都无关，尤其是提到V的状况，V对这道题没有什么用处的。

如果选项有B的市场需求没有减少应该也是对的吧。
