求教数学难题

各位考友，在复习中遇到如下数学题，求解题过程

1.132000 people were divided into 11 districts, the difference of the number of any two districts is less than 10%,the least possible number of a district is ?
answer:11000
2.Every even interger n, the function of f(n) is difined to be the product of all the even integers from 2 to n, inclusive. If p is the smallest prime factor of the function f(100)+1, then p is ?
answer:greater than 40

第一题，只要所有数都是第十一个数的1.1倍就行，1.1X*10+X=132000＞＞＞＞X=11000
第二题f（100）+1=2*4*...100+1=2*（1*2*3...*50）+1＞＞＞＞所以1〜50都不是它的因数，因数＞50
