Even though a lot of citizens have moved to other places, such as North Africa, they don't want to do that because their deep love with Christchurch. Officers annouced their plans about how to rebuild Christchurch. In 20 years, the city will become a safest place against earthquake. Business distrinct will be rebuilt first. NZ puts around 10 percent of its GDP to insurrance industry, which will be spent on rebuilt. Many other countries have similar situation. Japan only spends 1 or 2 percent of GDP on this. An organization will help some poor children in poor countries to get vaccines. The program is mainly helping Sahara Africa area, around 18 countries included. GAVI let poor children have same right as richer countries to get vaccines. The costs of vaccines are quite high, and the countris need to pay a couple of cents to GAVI. Illegal fishing caused significant losts on seafood in the EU and the US. EU and the US signed an agreement to against it. Private fishermen can threat the marketing prices of the fish, which will be harmful for those who do fishing follow law. The new agreement aims to protect the market and assume the revenue of fishing industry.
