这道题的关键是对于题目最后一句话的理解：

The percentage of assessed value that was paid as property taxes to the city, however, did not change from year to year during this period.

意思是物业税的税率没有变，不要误解为物业税占城市总体税收的比例，否则容易误选A

关键在于识别开头第一句话：The total market value of real estate declined over the past four years.
从文中可以得出一个关系式
Property tax= total market value* percentage of assessed value(也就是税率)

现在文中给的条件是：total market value是减少了，但是percentage是没变的

因为market value of real estate declined over the past four years.，percentage 又不变
所以last year的market value要比四年前的低
最后就可以推出C 答案的last year 的amount revenue(也就是property tax)比四年前的低

对不对丫？？？

C市场价值下降，估计总价值下降；财产税站估计总价值的比例不变。A中，yearly revenue指的是市场价值还是估计总价值我们不知道。而C，占得比例不变，而估计总价值下降了，因此财产税的amount也下降了。

这题考的是阅读。只要看懂题目和选项，大家的问题就都解决了。
题目翻译：The total market value of real estate in Altonville has steadily declined over the past four years. 房地产的总价值下降了。 This decline has meant that the overall figure on which the city’s property tax is based—the assessed value of that real estate—has also declined. 这种下降意味着财产税的基数下降了。（注1） The percentage of assessed value that was paid as property taxes to the city, however, did not change from year to year during this period. 然而，财产税税率没变。
A.The percentage of Altonville’s yearly revenue that comes from money collected in property taxes did not change over the past four years.四年中，A市财产税比A市的总税的比例没变。
C.The amount of revenue that Altonville collected from property taxes was lower last year than it was four years ago. 四年中，A市的财产税税额变小了。

注1：财产税基数的意义：比如税率为2%，那么你要交的税的税额就=财产税基数*2%。比如你买的房价值80000元，税率为2%，则你要交的税就为80000*2%=1600元。

答案是B吧！？

C 中 The amount of revenue that Altonville collected from property taxes was lower last year than it was four years ago. 只说到最后一年比4年前低，并不能说明4年持续下降(The total market value of real estate in Altonville has steadily declined over the past four years.)。

B 中 The percentage of Altonville’s yearly revenue that comes from money collected in property taxes是指房产税收占整个年度利润的百分比% 下降，而在原题中谈到了税率没有变化(The percentage of assessed value that was paid as property taxes to the city)，故每年的房产税总数下降了，从而有力证明了房产市场不景气(房产买卖是要交房产税滴啊)。

同意楼上。我觉得BC都对。
property tax（下降）=tax rate（不变）*assessed value（下降），property tax是yearly revenue的一部分，则B说的不就是对的么？
难道对于B我的阅读出现了问题。。。。。
