C是对的。房子的绝对值下降，但是percentage of the assessed value是tax basement，所有税收的绝对值下降了。

这个就是说按照房子评估价值的一定比例纳税。

XDJM  请吧这道题 读多几次   这道题的确是考阅读  我读了至少8次才明白~~

其实也就好比 （1）T 在 A中的百分比没有变  （2）而A总体数量下降了

结论就自然可以推出 T 的总量也就下降了！

不是说percentage不变的啊?理解错在哪里啊?

题目更本就没有提到revenue这个概念，如何知道房产税占revenue的比例是否发生变化？

比例= 房产税总和/房产税总和+其他税总和 = P*x% / T1 +T2

其中：房产税总和=房屋价值*房税，即T1= P*x%，

如果房税升高，房产税总和就可能和房屋降价前一样，因此比例可能不变。

但E里面用的will soon require，这不和题目里说的over the past four years无关了吗？

 

D，相反，如果其他税总和增加了，比率可能更降低了。

A，知道 P*x% / T1 +T2不变，无法推出P / T1 +T2 不变；

B，知道 P*x% / T1 +T2不变，无法推出P / T1 +T2 的情况，上升、下降都有可能；

能看懂a,就能同时排除a, b
a说的房地产税收占整个税收的比例不变，这个根本就不知道整个税收的情况
b也是一样的
