avoid excessively restrictive controls,现在有三种污染物，小便，大便，纯净水，纯净水也放入《不可排放条例》里面就是excessively restrictive controls。 再说A, delay不会引起excessively restrictive controls。C,the largest 错误标志，文中没有谈到比较的问题，填空题不用了解推理关系嘛，文中谈到什么咱就填什么。D,是最恐怖的选项，去掉最后的at present简直就是正确的，但是有了就不同了，要有可持续发展战略的眼光嘛：）这个选项经典，可谓强干扰啊。E的reversible太傻了，如果环境可以自行净化，还restrict干嘛啊？

是说group建议将frightening creatures改成bats，还是将原来作为frightening creatures的bats换掉，换成别的?

问题1：任何将产生的受控制条约限制的物质真地会破坏环境。

问题2：change A to B, 没有change A as B 的说法吧。 所以原来bats被视为恐怖生物，这种长期的形象应该被change.
