Jerry Thanks for your constructive advice and objective attitude. Let's put ourselves in CK founders' shoes, as a second mover, how can you differientiate your Program? How can you attract/convince the first group of qualified applicants when you have none tangible overwhelming advantages? How can you persuade employers to recruit your graduates in this competitive market without track record?( i think that can also give you a hint why CK prefer "GOLD" applicants as you refered to ,hehe). That is a kind of cycle(well-communicated vision-qualified students- good placement-attractive brand)where one broken link will block the whole flow. Perhaps CK is a little bit over-exposed, but i do think a B-school teaching business management is supposed to show its sharpness on positioning and marketing itself in the cruel education market where they sell "products" to "customers" namely us. It is maybe a risky strategy but effective, or else you won't see so much arguement/comments here related to CK when its MBA program just was set up 1 year ago. “诚恳,谦逊,勤勉,奋进”is the exact style of Mr. Li Kasheng. We also understand that any exciting marketing concept should be endorsed by solid operation, and that is why you can see CK MBA management has undergone drastic changes in last three months. We wanna prove to you guys by the performance of us and other CKers that though CK is young, somewhat agressive, we will inch to our goals with the outmost. I know words are pale. While just like the name of this forum --"chase dream", people like you and me are after the "dream" , the "vision", all the time. We have been inspired by CK to take the risk together acknowledging a principle of the world ----IT TAKES TIME. Look forward to hearing more insights from you. |
