这两题其实正面可以说,反面也可以说,都没有明显的立场。就看大家自己是怎么看问题的。

A36. 这个可以从组织行为的角度去考虑。有些公司的文化认为,经理应该为下属服务,发展培养下属,而不是监管。

A43. 有些人比较迷信,容易受神话什么的影响。有些人则比较理性,相信科学。历史和现在都有不少例子可说。

The issue of what kind of role should the manager plays in the company is a complex and controversial one. Different people hold different views due to their respective angles. On the one hand, some people as the author may believe that the manager should work as an advocate for the employees he or she supervises; on the other hand, others probably insist that the manger should be the policy-making body. In the following analysis, I would like to reason and provide evidence to support my point of view that the two roles should not necessarily contradict the other.

When the company makes strategy for a long-term goal, the manager should be responsible for drawing up a general plan. It is up to him or her to divide the large objection into several small steps. And it is also his or her obligation to appoint his or her employees to the proper positions according to their different capabilities. The manager should spare no expense in working out a blueprint for the whole company, because he or she is the only person who can see the company as a whole, while each of the employees can only view the company from a very specific perspective.

However, the manager should be an advocate for the employees he or she supervises, when the whole plan has been formulated and each person knows his or her own task. The reason explains this kind of responsibility of a manger is that only the employees of a certain department hold the experience and expertise to deal with problems of a specific domain when it comes to the execution of the concrete steps of the whole plan. It is not reasonable for a manager to interrupt his or her employees at this point of time, because it is the employee who is in charge of the certain task rather than the manager that can be the expert. The manager should leave enough freedom and authority for his or her employees and try his or her best to be their advocate.

Consequently, I advocate that the manager should neither solely be an advocate nor a policy-making body. In fact, the function of a manager is flexible and changes with the circumstances. Due to the preceding analysis which sometimes intertwine to form an organic whole and thus become more persuasive, we may safely arrive at the conclusion I support.

真厉害!随便就是一篇考文,我要是写awa,需要天时地利人和的感情酝酿,嗬嗬,就是不爱写。

似乎明白了,就是说manager是不是要做一个(袖手旁观的)监督者,有点像蓝精灵里的聪聪

如果不同意,则是说,不应该仅仅监督,应该做事情。

做事情可以分几方面写,比如和群众打成一片;或者作为导师角色,亲自指导(类似Judy说的,给写计划呀,方向阿什么的)

题号,我是参照一个帖子,现在找不到了。

I have ever taken a training called 'situational leadership'. Employees are divided into four phases like: beginner lack of skills and confidences, more but still unsufficient skills and confidences, competent but not enough confidences,experienced and confident.


The leadership style can be as below respectively: Directing, coaching, Supporting, Delegating.
