校友面试和电话面试,哪个更好对付

我的英语口语不太好,现在学校通知要interview,可以是校友面试也可以是电话面试.请问哪一个比较适合口语一般的人,对录取的影响程度呢,虽然学校说都是一样的.

还有一个问题,我的一些工作背景在中国人看来可能是很不错的,大家知道在这样的国情下能得到这样的职位和成就很不容易,但外国人可能不是很了解,就觉得很平常.如果考虑这个因素,选校友还是电话面试?

建议选择校友面试，通常校友面试比较随意一些，电话面试缺乏面对面的交流，英语口语不是很好的人会感觉比较难受。

If I were you, I will prefer alumni interview. So-so oral English won'tbe a problem, otherwise the school will only admit Americans.Interviewed by an alumni, you can use your body languate and give him avivid impression.

Just my 2 cents.

telephone interview is more challenging. I took it ,and I made it .So if it is really inconvenient for you to go for a face-to-face interview, a telephone interview won't necessarily fail you.
