One of my friends, who dis his master in Georgetown Univeristy, also told me that DC has bunch of intern and working opportunitits, especially the chances to work in international institutions, like IMF and World Bank. The experience of working there is a plus even in applying PHD programs in top business school. In some sense, I do not think MBA program is GWU is less promissing than those in top ten. Congratulations for your admission to its MBA program! As to me, I most probablly will attend Suffolk University, which is located in Boston. One reason for my choice is they give me full tuition waiver. Given my current sitution, I do have my financial concern. Another reason is the magic of Boston, which is a city abound with famous financial institutions. It is like the "seller's market" in financial field, if New York is compared to "buyer's market ". My husband is much likely to go to Boston after he finishes his PHD degree in finance. Anyway, thank you for your post!         |
