收到GWU MSA 1/2 offer

zj424mm,我正在申请mac。具体是不是都是10天，看看前面xdjm的讨论吧。mm你连不到gw的网页上吗？我刚帮你看了一眼，这个program有一年的也有两年的，一年可以完成的是intensive program,两年可以完成的是regular program.你的offer letter上是不是该有说明白？

大家的AD or OFFER是不是都是邮寄的？我收到小秘发给Email，才发现我的AD是在2月份就寄出了。只是把我家的No.19 Buliding 写成了No.1 Building。

You'd better contact the admission officer to resend you a offer letter,because they mail the letter only by regular airmail so it maybe take 10 days to arrive at your hands.

I also  faced the same situation and have got it.

But it is for me to know the whole cost  of  two-year mba program is $84000,terrible!Although I got a half tuition award, finance is also my confused problem so far.

I need deposit $000 before 11th April to keep the seat.I am confused ,and thinking about which school should I pick----penn state / univ of pittsburgh/  gwu   ???

Anyone comments on it?

You can find a sponsor and give a finacial certificte for the first year only, which should be about $30,000 , if you got half tuition waived. As far as I know, the sponsor can be your family or friend in CHINA. If you have to support yourself then you must guarantee the fund for 2 years.

I have rmb80000 deposit and my mother have about rmb 350000deposit.so I only have these funds for the visa application and only about rmb200000 to pay for my expenses  in us.

so what will I do?

Your mother's fund is enough for your first year. So just let your mother be your sponsor. I think that is enough. You can check with the department.

I also thought the sponsor must at least be a green card holder, but that is not true, one of my friend who is now a student of GW said, your relative in China can also count.

Do you still want to go to GW? Did you finish your financial certificate? If not you should do that as soon as possible. The deadline of the new financial certificate is about 1st April.

So far,I have not made the final decision.The school did not tell me anything about the financial certificate.

I think the certificate is related with the I-20 form ,so if I make a $500 deposit before 11th april,it will be fine.
