T2  01:14.5  A study showed that sleep difficulties may be linked to faster rates of decline in brain volume.
T3  01:30.2  Scientists found that brain activity patterns show remarkable similarities across different people when watching a movie. Some advanced ways can help the research.
T4  02:19.5  Scientists use 3D cultures lab to confirm how Alzheimer’s begins in brain. They think Alzheimer is caused by the deposit of a protein in the brain named beta amyloid.
T5  01:38.5  Scientists using 3D cultures lab proved that their conclusion is right and deeply understood Alzheimer.
T6  02:07.0  A study found that favorite music generate strikingly similar brain activity patterns and can even enhance their creative ability. Describe the detail of their experiments. The reason of the research is that a preferred music enhances connections between different areas of the brain. Maybe it can develop into a therapy.
Obstacle  04:14.5  Brain Size Doesn't Correlate With Intelligence. The author makes some comparison to prove it such as city/country mice, elephant/human and humble dog/wolf. The example for growing child tells us the truth brain develops through a period of synaptogenesis.

part1 speaker

the study researches on two groups of children who are 12 years old, and the findings  shows the size of brain in the children who are under stress is smaller than that in the children who are not but develop naturally. Also, the stress will have a profound on children's future life.

part2 speed

t2  2:40.85

a research shows that sleeping difficulties are linked with brain volumes.
in a study, 147 volunteers, 20 and 85 years old people, got involved in the research, and the conclusion is that the difficulties of sleeping rise as the the decline of the brain volumes.
in addition, a professor pointed that at present we don't know the cause and consequent of sleeping difficulties, but in future, we will do.

t3  2:59.80
main idea:
when we view movies, our brains will react to it in the same way in different people.
actually, our brain functions the same even when we watch a short piece of movies.
with the help of .....,the researchers will be easier and more frequently to detect our brain activities.
the study also reveals that the way of our brain function is the same as a machine learning process.

t4 4:08.85
the study is exploring the cause of brain-killing disease.
by researching, scientists found that there were two syptoms of the disease: beta and tangle and confirmed that beta is the cause of the disease, but the myth was whether the beta caused the tangle.

t5 4:17.00
in order to find out the myth, scientists conducted several experiment by 3D technology instead of 2D. because when applying 2D in the experiment, the reseachers cannot get both the tangle and the belta. However, the 3D sucessfully simulates the precess more efficiently than conducting experiments on animals.
Finally, researchers use XX to deter the formation of tangle and the conclusion is that it is the belta but not the tangles that caused the disease.
t6 2:22.30
the research is exploring the connection between one's favorite music and brain activity.
the result shows that when people listen to their favorite music, an area called DMN which involves all positive brain states will be active, and the outer system calledXXX will close. Also the researchers found that people who suffer from XXX will not have the reaction in their brain,so scholars wonder whether could use music to cure the disease, but it is uncertain.

part3 obstacle 11:06.81
the author refute a prevail conception that the size of brain is related to intelligence.
first, the author introduce the topic about the size of brain
and then give an example about the size of mice brain.in a study, the size of city mice brain is larger than the country brain and then some people misundertook the bigger, the more intelligent.
However, the author thought it was not the case.and listed other theories about the size of brain, but all the theories has been criticised by the author.

Brain Size doesn't Correlate With Intelligence,
1.introduction  view that brian size linked to success.
2.average brain size-city mice smarter than country mice.
3.it is the brain size relative to body size that makes our brains the biggest.(it can be a reasonable indicator of skill)In individuals with sensory deprivation other sensory inputs take over the cortical area lying dormant.
4.use a example of dog,30 per cent smaller than before but is not less smarter
