upup, 这题做错了。看了答案后想是不是因为some可以指少部分，所以和argument里面a third of vihicles, 不一致？
请大家指点。

首先，逻辑链没有什么gap的地方，那么就有两条路：一是emphasize the conclusion,二是排除他因。
A选项：讲其他automobile的事情，明显不相关，排除
B：除了引擎的废气之外，建筑不会因为其他的排放的废气毁坏，题干已经说得很明白For years the beautiful Renaissance buildings in Palitito have been damaged by exhaust
from the many tour buses that come to the city，即作者就是认为building的毁坏是和汽车尾气有关的，而且conclusion里也只是提到了bus exhaust的Damage,这里不考虑由于其他废气造成的damage,其他废气造成对房屋的毁坏根本不关我的事情，我就是为了减少汽车尾气的排放对房屋造成的影响，其它对房屋的damage在这里我根本不会讨论.这个在bible里应该是属于out of scope answer的。就已经miss the point of argument了。

为什么e不对？？，即使是挂空档排放尾气和跑起来一样这部分车找到停车位不一样可以减少排放吗

B:B 答案是无关选项，因为有没有其他原因造成污染，无法回答修建停车场后，是否由汽车idle造成的污染会有改善否
E:some bus找不到停车位，那么新修的停车场也只能容纳三分之一的车，因此，总有车找不到停车位。
c：bus在运载乘客时，时间短于15分钟，因此大部分时间都在等待乘客，都在idle，新停车场能有效缓解这种情况。
