发展中国家经济发展并不顺理成章,需扩大思路,强化政策和外部环境支撑。
"Business is normal" cannot be deemed as ordinary in developing countries. The 2008 crisis has left the world in trauma. While de veloped countries are struggling to recover, developing countries are facing more complicated challenges. Developing countries showed impressive resilience in this crisis. State capitalism is considered controversial.
As risk is growing harsher for developing countries, three factors are critical for them to develop into challenging future.
Firstly, developing countries should look for new developing incentives. For instance, China should expand domestic market instead of continuing relying on export. Secondly, industrial policy must be set to support further development. Appropriate policy must be set to support industry transform. Thirdly, the external environment plays important role in the growth of these countries.
All in all, developing countries are facing far more challenging complicated situations than simply defined as "business is normal". |
