1、4’22”The first paragraph presents the definition of UNCTAD and the aim of it. The second paragraph further describe its difference to the other worldwide organizations. Then tells more information of the organization, the implementation in details.
2、3’22”It talks about a certain conference that is important for the developing and developed countries in the period of economic crisis. But it seems that the US benefit much more from it since it is the center of the crisis.
3、3’29” The developing counties are trying to break the monopoly of developed countries while they execute monopoly over the four biggest economic body. They are trying to change the language of the policy in a conference.
4、1’37”The developing countries are weak in many worldwide organizations and the UNCTAD is better at providing a more jusitis platform.
5、2’56” It seems that this part is discussing a specific matter how the participants negotiate with each other to show the normal role.

The developing countries have been growing rapidly since 2002, but it has been slowed down since the economic crisis in 2008. The developed countries arguing that the south should take more global responsibilities. But in the view of the passage, the South has much more problems in their development. A2:All in Berkeley, and are inspired by <evluation of music>. Berkeley Chinese a Cappella group.

Q3:Where did you go to school and what did you major in?

读这一段感觉还是OK的，就是有些专业词汇不太懂。

The acheivement of The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) is to keep balance between both developed countries and developing countries in trade, aid, and finance.

UNCTAD formulates the policies about the trade and development to hadle the particular problems that other organs couldn't solve.
The history of UNCTAD in where and when.
UNCTAD promotes exports of manufactured goods from developing countries.
The headquarter, the staffs, the members, *There are non-governmental organizations participating in the activities of UNCTAD.
