这个题正确答案选C，可我觉得应该选D啊，想不通，我的思路应该是，他们认为在安全敏感类工作的员工不能喝酒，否则会导致事故发生，但是，可能是这个工作本身压力大而给人造成需要酒精来缓解这种情况，这样以来无论选不选喝酒的做这份工作，最后都得喝酒，，，

你没读懂题，题目说即使治疗后，也比其他人更容易再患病，所以雇主应该不雇佣曾今治疗过的人。削弱就是，即使不雇佣曾经治疗过的人也不能降低Industrial accidents，因为他们会隐瞒不报
