刚刚收到信用卡的账单，发现前天在mba.com送分被double charge了，能cancell吗？

如果是你送了两次，是不可能冲回的。如果是ets自己两次收账，那个你可以想办法解决。

当时送分的时候就觉得系统有点问题，可最后显示送分成功的页面只有一次，就认为只送了一个，没想到...

Anyway, 即使是我自己送的难道就没有权利cancell吗？不是说只要我提出请求，银行都可以拒付吗？

i think you can have a try to argue with ETS, but via phone. they are flexible.

i had an experience of sending tofel score via phone system, which demands a one-off fee for every call i made. when i have inputted the first two school's information, i dialed some wrong key and was hung up. then, it seemed that i had to make another call to input the remaining two schools' names and pay a second fixed fee. but i gave a call to ets instead. they not only allowed me to tell them the remaining two school's names via phone conversation,  but also only charged me with one fixed fee for the first call i made.

你没有权利要求信用卡公司拒付,因为划账早已完成。你只能去和ets交涉这个问题。

应该可以拒付的,这也是为什么每月寄账单给你的原因,我老爸专门问过银行的.

拒付就好了,反正有一次的钱,ETS会给你送一次

寄账单是为了核对有否错误或者提醒你付账。信用卡的付款在你的卡显示已划账后，很快就转帐完毕了，怎么可能拒付呢？你的拒付请求，银行是不会接受的。除非有被盗用等等情况出现。我就是银行的职员。这个必须和ets商量，银行是不会给你拒付的，因为付款行为早就完成了。

不管是不是ETS的问题，建议先向银行申诉。

实际上，只要对账单有任何问题，都应该向银行反映的。而且让银行和ETS之间去核实，可以省你很多力气。
