最准确就是像您想的那样么，哈哈，mm太强了。最准确应该是尽量减少误差，而如果所有办法在得出假阳性结论的可能性是一样的，那么就要减少假阴性就可以了，所以支持了结论。

fail prositive，没有病说有 fail negetive，有说没有

要最accurate，就是要有最少的false  结果.

如果all tests 有同样的比例的false negatives,那么最accurate 的就是有最少比例的false positives.

不知道我有没有说明白．

false results有2种，positive和negative，当negative result是一样的前提下（E），positive 错误最少的测试综合来看就是最准确的。
