The conversation talks about the US competitiveness and leadership.
After the cold world, the world is not dominated by two power groups while more powers are competing with each other. At last, they talked about the US leadership style and made some comments on Obama's governemtn and presidency. The interviewee pointed the economic growth under Obama's goverment.

6’14  原来老师说的都是错的。。what is your weakness---you need to tell the truth. Who are you? Otherwise you will never know and you won’t get the job. Don not try to hide.

Dishonesty is common and even college career centers tell graduates to hide and lie. Take the example” what is your weakness”, career centers tell students to turn negative to positive, but in the real world, this will not work and companies people who tell the truth and at least are self-aware of who are they.

To be honest is a standard not only in your life but also in your work, especially in your interviews. Forget what your career teachers have told you, just answer employer's questions from your point.
