main idea:the increasing number of married women are stepping into workforce.
there are three explanation of this phenonmem:
1.companies offer more jobs to married women,making them even engaged in those jobs previously for men.
2.more married women have responced to job opportunities.
3.as working in companies,married women have less time to do their housework and the like ,which changing the situation of economy and futher providing more job opportunities.

In the past 5 decades,  the number of the married mothers who go to work outside is soared. to explain this phenomenon, the aothor gives  three reasons. First is that there are more jobs supplied by the enconomy. Second these mothers are glad to receive these opportunities. Third, these mothers also have vital influence the economy.

And compared with men, women are likely to give up job chances after marred.
