Even though I'm living in CA, it is still thousands of miles to San Mateo...

  

  

After working with a company listed in HK in China for many years, I moved to Canada. Fortunately, I was able to continue my work experience in CRM area. Realizing that analyst may be the glass roof in my career, I began chasing MBA... Graduated from a so-so school in China. IT background... Foreign country work experience... anything else could help you? let me know, my friend.

My background is also IT. But I am really working for a infamous small company now. I've worked for 4.5 years since I graduated from college (3 years in Beijing). It's time for me to make a change now.

My concern is I don't have any mangement/business experience . It'll be a weak point in my application. Do you have any suggestions for this? Thanks.

In this case, you'd better demonstrate your Leadership which I think is very very important. Actually, Leadership has already been expanded to every corner in our daily life. You must be able to find some...
