求解一道GWD逻辑题

这道题有点confuse的是，虽然M的annual income中，>$40K的占比例最多，而S中，高于$60K的最多，但正确选项中说M会有$40<householdM$60的，是如何能推出合理性的呢？虽然S中有高于$60的household，怎能知道M中也有？或者M最高的annual income只有$50K呢？我觉得B并不严谨啊……
