这句是原文的话，如果今年这种病减少完全是因为提高了的卫生条件，那水处理工厂已经建了5年了，为什么只有今年有显著的减少呢？而C正好提出一个新的原因Because of a new diagnostic technique。所以削弱了health officials的结论，不单只是提高的卫生条件还有别的原因引起了今天显著的病例减少！

你觉得呢？

我还是转不过来。我同意C对，但是A为什么不对有些钻牛角尖了。觉得正是因为“那水处理工厂已经建了5年了，”所以今年有显著的减少不应归因于水处理工厂啊！不归因于水处理工厂，不就是对health officals结论的削弱吗？

你误解选项意思了，A不是说已经建立五年了，而是说过去五年来建立了很多。那么去年也包括在这个五年中，这是子集和全集的概念。所以A和原文是符合的。

番茄，还要额外再感谢你的一个好建议“每天做语法前先看一遍昨天的笔记”，我按照你的方法做，语法的正确率果然比原先有很大提高，思考了一下原因，觉得是看错题笔记有利于提高对自己较弱语法点的熟悉度和敏感度。

我想总结的道理应该也是这样的，不断的总结，不断的熟悉，最后在考试前过一遍自己的总结，有利于在很短时间内迅速重新熟悉一遍所有的语法点，才能在考场保持对所有语法点的敏感性。

上周末两天过了一遍OGRC, 发现最容易错的居然是妇女和经济类的文章. 确实, 科技类文章虽然复杂, 但是结构清晰, 题目较简单, 倒是妇女, 经济类文章比较tricky,  有些题目, 我发现会永远作不对的.   这两天总结一下错体, 过两天把GWD也这么过一遍.

FT, 我今天终于把印第安人治水篇给整明白了.

可不可以这么理解: and then (is) only as a way to anticipate higher prices or ensure against shortages. 把as a way当错是插入语.
