more merge in ad industry will come.
1, a merger between two industry gaint, the effect is long and wid, the deal happens in a party thought someone doubt the success merger, but the scale economy benefit is huge.
2,the internet ads is developing fast, this is a threat to the tranditional frims. firms could precisely locate their ads to the very customer. some firm such as, g&d doing the same business on its own.
3,different from original ads rules, the biding is the new rule and will be dominat the industry soon.
in the future, the original firms in ad industry will face more competition from various frims. but the ad maker will still be needed.
