Well, looks like you have a very unique background. Though there're
certian industries (e.g., consulting, ibanking) that have more admits
to MBA, HBS is open to people with a variety of background. So I
wouldn't say that you have a clear disadvantage from your past
experience.



However, regardless of your background, all successful applicants need
to demonstrate their leadership potential, and preferrably their
passion for or past involement or experience with business situations.
You may want to spend some time sharpening yourself in these areas.
