整个题目我都不大理解是什么意思，有哪位大牛能帮我理清一下这道中的逻辑关系吗？我主要困惑点在 prospective nominee和nominee区别在哪里？还有题目中的意思应该是 prospective知道nominee是before cresent的，但是题干中（if那句话）又说 是 until give consent。我彻底凌乱了。
另外，我感觉A选项挺对的啊。总之恳请CD各位大牛的解答！！！跪谢！！！
