这道题我选的是E，但是对C有点困惑。我下载的这套题C不是RUN-ON啊，因为中间那个符号是分号而不是逗号,这样不就是两个独立的句子了吗

C. I guess it's not necessarily just "they" who will fear. It could be other people's fears. That's why "they" is not suitable here.

Agree with 'which不可指代前面整个句子', however, i still pick up B.

Reasons:

1. E would change the original meaning. Who will fear? Swiss or other countries?

   Original sentence: other countries' fear.

   E: Swiss's fear, not correct.

2. in B, 'which' does not necessarily reprsent the previous sentence, it could represent 'gold reserves'
