我觉得E 改变了原句的意思。

原句说，引起了其他采取同样行动国家的恐惧——是那些国家的恐惧。

E 说是引起了瑞士对那些采取同样行动国家的恐惧——是瑞士恐惧。

我找不到好的答案。。。。。求助啊~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

这道题，为什么不能是D，WITH的独立主格作原因状语，因为害怕其他的国家也会跟随这样做，因此P才会建议COUNTRY买掉黄金储备。

但是D的话有个问题啊,with fears raised that.... that 修饰fears,但是被raised隔开了,虽然GWD另一题目有这种用法的争论,我个人觉得这样的修饰是不正确的.
