请问谁可以解释一下D为何不对？with 结构放在句末是否也可以修饰前面的内容表示一种状态或者伴随结果？我总是把句末的with结构和分词结构搞混，哪位可以帮忙解释一下？谢谢！！！

A. reserves and this raised fears of other countries that
     在 and 前需要逗号; Logic error:  不是 fear of other countries, 而是 fear other countries 的动作和结果。

    还有this不可指代前面句子的内容
B. reserves, which , as a result, raised fears of other countries that
   which不可指代前面整个句子，错；  -- springfield
C. reserves; as a result, they feared that other countries would
    as a result 该承接关系不对， they 可以指代 panel (集体名词)

as a result并没有什么错,C错在they的指代不清,即使they可指代panel,逻辑上有问题,

总不能panel提出一政策,然后又对自己的做法感到fears.那就不做bie!

D. reserves, with fears raised that other countries would
   with fears raised 不好

with+n(fears that...)+过去分词: 独立主格,可以修饰主句, 语法上没问题.问题在逻辑意思,过去分词有已完成的,被动的意思,说明fears被什么东东raised了,但看不出是前面panel的做法导致的结果.这与原意不符.

其二,with fears raised独立主格有伴随状态的意思(体会一下OG131monkeys sleeping on the branches, with arms and legs hanging...这句with arms and legs hanging 修饰sleeping), 似乎在说瑞士政府带着fears干什么东东...

E. reserves, raising fears that other countries would

现在分词短语表伴随结果.就是它了!

B的句义不对是主要原因我觉得,因为Swiss抛售黄金的行为导致公众害怕其他国家也抛售导致黄金大跌,

A-run-on sentence, plus, "fears of" is awkward and unidiomatic;

B-"as a result" is unnecessary and should be omitted, plus, "which" incorrectly refers to "gold reserves" (the relative pronoun "which" cannot refer to an entire clause, but only to the nearest antecedent noun) and "fear of," again;

C-"they" has no clear referent, and even if it did, "panel" requires the singular "it;"

D-wordy, awkward, passive construction, which is corrected in E.

D我为什么就不能理解成：A Swiss government panel 是带着怎么怎么样得一种恐惧而建议。。。。。？用with，我觉得可以得啊？动名词强调一种动作，持续状态，而名词才是表结果，我觉得D更好，open to discuss。。。
