For condition 1
You can list the possible number of x & y and you will find
If x > y + 4, then 3x > 7y (base on x,y >0)
For example
x      y    3x     7y
>5   1   >15     7
>6   2   >18   14
and so on…

但是如果取 X=10, and Y=5呢？所以只要Y取到3以上,条件就不满足了.

For condition 2
-5x < -14y   >>  5x > 14y  >> (5x)/2 > 7 y
because 3x > (5x)/2
so     3x > 7y

偶是这样想的：

对于1。 x>y+4----> 3x>3y+12 if 3x>3y+12 可以得出3x>7y, 那么，3y+12>=7y 所以可以得出y<=3

那么，好像存在一个说法，如果集合p属于集合q，那么如果p能够推出x，那么q也能推出x。

因为y<=3是正整数的子集，那么y《=3时可以得出结论的。

年代                                 87                                                           

江年代处以4，不考虑余数 21                                                  

江上面四个数加起来        137                                                            

将上面的数处以7               19                                                            

                       余数           4  （余几就周几）
