这是两个原命题，原命题呢又和逆否命题是等价的。而B选项中，逻辑链是 curb spending 推currency value rise 推 less competitive exports。 这不是明显的2的否命题吗？？？原命题和否命题并不等价啊！！
currency value下降有出口更加competitive，并不能推出currency value上升 有出口less competitive啊！！！

这道题问的是： most strongly support 而不是must be true,所以选项中的所有都有一定的推测因素在，并不是潜在的事实。
在mamhattan中的原文解释里有提到，正确选项B中有can，所以相比同样较好的备选E来说，更恰当
A选项提到新概念deficit 排除
C选项 无关
D选项 正好与原文相反
