觉得E的确比较正确~
我试试解释一下E吧~ 希望对你有帮助~
Sulfites在那些酿酒师酿的酒里不是以自然形式存在，且它们存在的数量还不能大到可以对那些饮酒者产生allergic反应。
我的逻辑是：
题目中说sulfites对酒有保质的作用，是普遍存在于酒里的，可有些人对sulfites过敏。然后有酿酒师能酿出让那些有过敏反映的人喝的酒。
中间的gap就是，sulfites是种添加剂类似的物质或者即使自然存在于酒里也是微不足道的数量，这样就可以解释为什么酿酒师可以酿出那样的酒了。

拙见啊~不知道能不能说明白~

结论说的是：所有装有雷达的车都是更有可能超速的
然后再回去看条件，发现这个结论的依据是：
（1）虽然只有3%的车装了雷达
（2）但是超速的车里面33%都是装了雷达的

选项:
A说车里有雷达的司机相比于没装雷达的司机超速罚款的可能性更小,原文说的是更多了。
B说超速而且被开罚单的车更有可能超速，OG的解释是This statement properly identifies the conclusion s necessary assumption about ticketed drivers' being more likely to drive in excess of the speed limit than nonticketed drivers.
直接把结论和结论连接上了,结论说有装测速器的车比较容易超速，装了测速器应该比较不会被开罚单，但是却还是被开，也就是说那些被开罚单的人是真的经常超速.
简单的来说，被开罚单的人(A)= 装测速器的人(B)  而结论是装测速器(B)=爱超速(C)，所以前提就是被开罚单的人(A)=爱超速(C)
C说到开罚单的车子数，但是number和题目讨论的是无关的
D和E，应该能很明显的看出来不相关
