这是你自己推断的，这里只说明了有change，但是没有阐述此change是否intended

却产生了新的问题,而A却说intended changes不能达到，是不正确的。

a的解释我顶2楼！intended不明了，到底是谁intended，使咨询公司呢还是有问题的公司呢？答案不同结果相反！

至于e项是铁定不对的！咨询公司的意见及其影响不是服务范围的结果，而是此行业生存的需要！所以服务范围绝不会影响到他的建议！要抓症结所在阿！

，企业引进措施，compensation  system出现problems，所以intended changes 没有实现

虽然我一开始也选了E，但是回头再看觉得还是A好。

E虽然说是might be different,但是后面的条件是文中没有明确提到的，也就是说，是否会采用其他方法和这个公司的specialized的程度无关。文中只是提到有些公司会采用其他方法而已。although some of these consulting firms have recently broadened their practices beyond the area of compensation 这里的broaden对应的是practices, 而不是firm的specialised 的程度。

所以E虽然结论正确，条件却是不对的。
