题意是说要想保护老虎不灭绝，就要禁猎，那些禁猎法令得以实施了，the survival of tigers in the wild will be ensured.
禁猎法 真的能导致 老虎变多么。。那么根据题目的意思显然是要找个否的。要变少。。。。

把老虎的生存阻碍拿掉了就真的利于老虎survival吗？不一定，可能是因为虎的繁殖能力下降等内因而致使数量变少，这样的话，禁猎也不一定起到作用。
