求问opt和h1b相关事项

今年五月份毕业，opt应该从五月底或六月初开始想问是今年办h1b还是明年办比较好？
自己办的话被抽掉的几率是不是很大？找律师会好一点么？
如果明年办h1b的话，那opt结束到h1b之间的几个月空档时间算什么身份，可以工作么？

what is your major? Depending on your major, your OPT will last for 12 months to 29 months. It is smart to get your H1B filed next year april 1 and it will be effective next year Oct 1st. You can a good amount of TAX during your opt.

I dont know what do you mean by"chou zhong"(sry I only have eng input here). Most of the H1B got approved with no question(assuming you are working with a legit company and do have a legit job).

Between your Opt and H1B, which is June to Oct next year, this is a opt extention period, you will need to apply for a opt extention. As long as you employer filed your H1b in april and it is being reviewed, your school will most likely approve your extention requet. let me know if you have any more question.

You def need a good laywer anyway. thx

公司是一家很小的CPA 公司，之前给中国人办过H1B。
就是说OPT到H1B 那段时间是可以延伸的是吧，那就太好了。
