124. The table above shows the results of a survey of 100 voters who each responded “Favorable” or
“Unfavorable” or “Not Sure” when asked about their impressions of Candidate M and of Candidate N. What
was the number of voters who responded “Favorable” for both candidates?
(1) The number of voters who did not respond “Favorable” for either candidate was 40.
(2) The number of voters who responded “Unfavorable” for both candidates was 10.

解释：
"条件一，在知道有40个人没有投N和M任何一人的情况下，那么有60个人投了M和N。这里面就包括了（只投M）（只投N）（两个都投）三个成分，很容易就可以求出BOTH的值。
   SUFFICIENT。"
我想问的是，条件一中说did not respond"favorable" for either candidate was 40. 上面的解释did not respond 包括只投M，只投N，两者都投。这里不用考虑还有not sure的人么？
做了一下午数学 。。。晕了 理解能力变弱了。。

(1) The number of voters who did       respond “Favorable” for either candidate was 40.

没有投“喜欢”就意味着投了“不喜欢”或“弃权”。

not + either 就是没投这两者中任意一个 意思其实跟both差不多
1）说的是有40个人没投F（那就是投了u或n，不需要单独考虑）
等于说60个人投了F
于是维恩图 只投m35个 只投n25个 两个都投5个
