怎么能判断有关和无关哪？

LAWYER说“胆固醇水平高点低点的影响如何，原文没信息”，可 “在单位呆的时间长短”文中也没提呀。怎样的推断才是没有添加自己的信息？我始终对逻辑没能入门。
